  • Built a global newsroom program that focuses on driving cohesive narratives worldwide through editorial strategies, executive communications, corporate announcements and philanthropic initiatives.

  • Served as strategic counsel for clients within the travel, consumer technology and telecom industries.

  • Directed research, planning and execution of global, integrated campaigns built on earned media, executive thought leadership, events, paid advertising, social media and more.

  • Led corporate and CEO media relations strategies for one of the world’s largest travel companies, Booking Holdings.

  • Developed privacy and security communications for Samsung globally, advising on policies and regulations, such as GDPR, and managed crisis communications when issues arose.

  • Spokesperson for DISH representing the Fortune 200 Company’s vision, business objectives and values in high-level media and public engagements such as press interviews, TV shows, trade shows and keynote presentations.

  • Strategized with senior executives to effectively announce company initiatives and product launches to the public.

  • Designed communication campaigns for media, business partners, political appointees, DISH employees and consumers.

  • Produced and featured in dozens of TV shows broadcast to over 13.5 million households.

  • Rebranded DISH’s TV channels, creating the #1 resource for customer education and generating a 5x increase in viewership.

  • Created all short-form videos covering consumer and employee focused topics and determined distribution strategies across key platforms (e.g. Facebook, YouTube), causing significant reduction of customer complaints and higher employee engagement.

  • Director of B2C and B2B expositions for DISH/Sling TV including CES and CEDIA, growing brand preference for the company by 23 percent and winning 29 awards through such events. 

  • Responsible for DISH event management including, but not limited to, negotiating sponsorships, designing and executing marketing campaigns, crafting coinciding press materials, providing media training and writing speeches for C-suite executives.

Communications Manager
  • Directed the company’s product marketing and communication initiatives highlighting DISH’s industry-leading technologies across websites, e-mails, sales guides, advertisements, awards, social media, press releases, executive keynotes and media briefings.

  • Lead public relations and marketing partnerships with Amazon, Netflix and YouTube to launch new, co-branded products.

  • Coordinated cross functionally with all internal departments to unify and develop successful product marketing strategies.

Co-Founder, President
  • Built DISH’s first diversity group through innovative business plans, long-term roadmaps and value propositions. 

  • Grew the organization to over 1,100 members including six chapters and an 18-person executive team.

  • Developed the Network's brand identity, website, communication tools, training programs and monthly company-wide events.

  • 70 percent of employees credit the Network for creating a better culture at DISH.

Public Relations Coordinator
  • Worked with CEO to create a strategic business plan and investment presentations that lead to a successful Kickstarter campaign achieving 100 percent of funding goals.

  • Responsible for weekly blog posts, content/copy writing for digital storefront and managing all social media outlets to drive awareness and consistency across online platforms.
